Centre J Urgel Forget

Vision Painting completed the interior painting scope for Centre J. Urgel Forget, a non-profit seniors’ housing community in Embrun, Ontario, serving independent adults aged 60 and older.

The scope included apartment living areas, kitchens, common lounges, dining rooms, activity spaces, fitness room, corridors, doors, frames, trims, walls, and ceilings. The work helped refresh the building with clean, warm, and durable finishes suited for daily residential use and shared community activities.

Because the facility supports seniors’ housing, accessibility, and aging in place, the project required careful preparation, neat execution, low-disruption coordination, and finishes that support comfort, cleanliness, and long-term maintenance.

Completed for Warlyn Construction Ltd., this project demonstrates Vision Painting’s experience with seniors’ living environments where durability, resident comfort, accessibility, and welcoming interior spaces are essential.
