Ecocite on the Canal

Vision Painting completed the painting scope for EcoCite on the Canal, a sustainable multifamily condominium located at 1014 Bank Street in Ottawa’s Glebe neighbourhood, near the Rideau Canal.

The scope supported the building’s residential and commercial spaces with clean, durable finishes suited for modern urban living. Work contributed to a polished interior environment aligned with the project’s contemporary architecture, compact mixed-use layout, and sustainability-focused design.

Because the building includes residential units, commercial space, shared areas, and high-use circulation zones, the project required careful surface preparation, clean application, sharp lines, and durable finishes appropriate for daily use and long-term maintenance.
