Greenboro Library

Vision Painting completed the interior painting scope for the Greenboro Library addition in Ottawa, a 25,000 sq. ft. public library designed as an addition to the Greenboro Community Centre.

The scope included interior walls, ceilings, trims, doors, frames, public circulation areas, library spaces, community rooms, service areas, shared interior zones, and high-use public areas. The work helped create a clean, bright, and welcoming environment suitable for reading, learning, technology use, community programming, and daily public access.

Because the project included open library areas, flexible community spaces, accessible circulation, large windows, wood ceiling features, and high-traffic public zones, the painting work required careful preparation, sharp lines, consistent application, and durable finishes designed for long-term public use.

Completed for Frecon Construction Limited, Shoalts and Zaback Architects Ltd., and Ottawa Public Library, this project demonstrates Vision Painting’s experience with public library and community facilities where durability, presentation, coordination, and welcoming civic spaces are essential.
