Greystone Village Retirement

Vision Painting completed the interior painting scope for Greystone Village Retirement, a seniors’ retirement residence located at 225 Scholastic Drive in Ottawa’s Old Ottawa East community. Public information describes the residence as offering independent living, supported living, and assisted care, with rental suites available in more than 60 floor plan configurations.

The scope included living areas, dining spaces, lounges, library areas, amenity spaces, corridors, doors, frames, trims, walls, ceilings, and shared community areas. The work helped create bright, polished, and welcoming interiors suited for daily resident use, dining, social activities, relaxation, and long-term comfort.

Because the residence includes high-use common spaces, senior-focused suites, accessible circulation, dining areas, lounges, and amenity zones, the painting work required careful preparation, sharp lines, consistent application, and durable finishes designed to support comfort, cleanliness, and daily use in a retirement living environment.

Completed for M.P. Lundy Construction Inc., with S.J. Lawrence Architects Inc., this project demonstrates Vision Painting’s experience with seniors’ residential communities where durability, resident comfort, clean execution, coordination, and welcoming interior environments are essential.
