Ravenhill Common

2014

Vision Painting completed the interior painting scope for Ravenhill Common, a 19-unit residential infill development in Ottawa built on the former Westboro United Church site, where the original 1913 church was preserved as part of the redevelopment.

The scope included modern residential interiors such as living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, stair areas, corridors, doors, frames, trims, walls, and ceilings. Clean neutral colours, bright trim finishes, and polished detailing helped complete the contemporary homes while maintaining a warm and welcoming residential atmosphere.

Because the project combined new residential construction with a preserved community landmark, the work required careful coordination, clean execution, sharp lines, and durable finishes suited for both private living spaces and shared circulation areas.

Completed for Warlyn Construction Ltd., this project demonstrates Vision Painting’s experience with residential infill and heritage-sensitive redevelopment where modern interior finishes, durability, coordination, and attention to detail are essential.
