Riverside South Secondary School

Vision Painting completed painting work for Riverside South Secondary School, a new secondary school developed for the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board in the growing Riverside South community. Public project information identifies the school as a Grade 7–12 facility with 1,516 pupil places, located near Earl Armstrong Road and Spratt Road, with a project size listed at approximately 153,192 sq. ft.

The scope included large interior spaces, corridors, high ceilings, exposed steel deck, structural components, gymnasium and assembly-type areas, doors, frames, ceilings, walls, trims, and detailed finish areas. The work helped create a bright, durable, and professional learning environment designed for daily student, staff, and community use.

Because the project included large-volume spaces, exposed ceiling structures, high-traffic circulation zones, and modern institutional finishes, the painting work required careful coordination, safety awareness, consistent application, and clean execution across a complex new school environment.

Completed on schedule, this project demonstrates Vision Painting’s experience with large educational facilities where durability, coordination, clean execution, institutional standards, and long-term performance are essential.
