Vision Painting completed painting work associated with the ROPEC Environmental Services Laboratory at the Robert O. Pickard Environmental Centre, a major City of Ottawa wastewater treatment facility located on Green Creek Drive in Gloucester.
The scope supported a highly technical municipal facility environment, including interior service areas, laboratory-related spaces, operational zones, access areas, doors, frames, structural elements, and durable painted finishes suited for infrastructure use.
Because ROPEC is an active wastewater treatment facility, the project required careful coordination, safety awareness, disciplined sequencing, surface preparation, and durable finishes appropriate for complex municipal operations. The work had to support cleanliness, long-term performance, and reliable use within a demanding environmental services setting.
Completed on schedule, this project demonstrates Vision Painting’s experience with specialized municipal infrastructure where reliability, durability, safety, coordination, and clean execution are essential.
