St-Francis Xavier Catholic High School addition

2017

Vision Painting completed the interior painting scope for the St. Francis Xavier Catholic High School addition in Gloucester, a large educational facility serving students from Grades 7 to 12 in the Riverside South community.

The scope included classrooms, student commons, corridors, stairwells, gymnasium spaces, chapel areas, learning commons, technology and construction labs, doors, frames, trims, ceilings, and detailed architectural elements. The work helped create a clean, bright, and durable environment suitable for daily student, staff, and community use.

Because the project included a three-storey addition, a naturally lit atrium, sports areas, learning commons, chapel spaces, labs, and high-traffic circulation zones, the work required careful coordination, sharp lines, durable finishes, and consistent execution across a wide range of school environments.

Completed with Ruiter Construction Ltd & Edward J. Cuhaci and Associates Architects Inc., this project demonstrates Vision Painting’s experience with large educational facilities where durability, coordination, clean execution, and long-term performance are essential.
