Vincent Massey Park - Service Pavilion and Sanitary Lift Station & Washrooms

2011

Vision Painting completed painting work for the Vincent Massey Park Service Pavilion, a public-use facility serving one of Ottawa’s busy park environments.

The scope included interior and exterior painting, washroom finishes, service areas, masonry walls, exposed architectural elements, doors, frames, ceilings, corridors, and public common areas. Because the pavilion includes high-traffic washrooms and sanitary service spaces, the finishes needed to be clean, durable, moisture-resistant, and easy to maintain.

The project required careful surface preparation and consistent application across public-use areas exposed to frequent cleaning, daily visitor traffic, and changing environmental conditions. Exterior coatings and interior finishes helped protect the building while supporting a clean, practical, and professional appearance.

Completed on schedule, this project demonstrates Vision Painting’s experience with municipal and public infrastructure projects where durability, cleanliness, long-term performance, and low-maintenance finishes are essential.
