Wellspring Studios - Warehouse Painting

Vision Painting completed a commercial interior warehouse painting project for Wellspring Studios, located at 15 Capella Ct in Nepean, Ontario.
This project involved transforming an open industrial-style unit into a clean, modern studio space with a strong black-and-white finish. Our team completed professional spray painting on the exposed ceiling structure, including beams, decking, ductwork, piping and mechanical elements. The black ceiling finish helped create a bold, uniform look while maintaining the industrial character of the space.
The interior walls, doors, trims and selected architectural details were also painted to provide a sharp contrast between the bright white wall surfaces and the dark ceiling and feature wall areas. Careful surface preparation, masking and protection were used throughout the project to protect lighting, HVAC components, fixtures and surrounding surfaces during the spray application process.
The final result is a polished commercial space with a clean studio feel, durable finishes and a modern visual identity suited for a creative warehouse environment.
