Wildpine Retirement Residence

Vision Painting completed the interior painting scope for Wildpine Residence, a seniors’ retirement residence located at 10 Wildpine Court in Stittsville. The project was completed for M.P. Lundy Construction Inc., with S.J. Lawrence Architects Inc. listed as the project architect. Public project information describes the building as a four-storey senior living facility with approximately 94,774 sq. ft. and 189 independent living suites.

The scope included residential suites, living rooms, dining areas, lounges, library spaces, amenity areas, corridors, doors, frames, trims, walls, ceilings, and shared community spaces. The work helped create bright, clean, and welcoming interiors suited for daily resident use, social activities, dining, relaxation, and long-term comfort.

Because the residence includes high-use common areas, shared amenities, dining spaces, a theatre, bar, tea room, library, spa, and salon, the painting work required careful preparation, sharp lines, consistent application, and durable finishes suited for a modern seniors’ living environment.

Completed for M.P. Lundy Construction Inc., this project demonstrates Vision Painting’s experience with seniors’ residential communities where durability, resident comfort, clean execution, coordination, and welcoming interior environments are essential.
